excuse me.. i didnt finish my sentence. by me pushing more weight i get a better workout because as i stated in my post for me to get a good workout with dumbells its almost impossible because the weight is physically too big. so thus barbells are better for me to go hard on chest days. and yes i use proper form and if i did just barbells id need to do less weight and more than 12 reps to get anything from it, so its not worth it.
