i thought that it would be that way to but when you work on only max benching for so long your indurance kinda goes down the shitter. and i figure indurance is more important than lifting a weight only 1 time you are gunna really use indurance everyday you only need brute strength of 1 rep max if say a car or something fell on yousee thats odd. i bench close to 300 but i put up 185 18 times without a spot on my 2nd set to test endurance today. i would figure that you bench 315, 165 should be cake.
thats why i do leg press as well but i do squats as well but i only work out with like 200 pounds and i dont max out cuz really who caresive seen that before. thats why i do leg press.
