The basket didn't crack untill 1 month,surround was uneven in one corner the day I got it. The glue on that part starting coming off after 4 months more and more.

also surround was never ripped, just not enough glue in one spot.

So you saw the flaw immediately (which no manufacturing process is 100% perfect, things happen), and rather than turn it in under warranty then.....you waited 4+ months?? That's your own fault.

I assume it is still under warranty so get eD to fix/replace it then sell it if you don't like it and you can get most of you money back.
