is there anything i should know? poor customer service? slow shipments? any available discounts? i read nothing but good about these so any inputs?

im buying their HD312 for $365 shipped, very pricey hope this should last a couple of years since im a broke student

yeah their service is pretty cool how they dont make it until you order it making it takes anywhere from 12-16 days?? i got an email saying that

AQ is awesome.... they are basically a cheaper brand of Digital Designs and DD is good stuff... so i can't see you going wrong with them.... those HDs are basically like DD's 9500 series on cheaper

from my understanding, correct me someone, that a bigger magnet means that you can throw little power to get it moving? is that their meaning of efficiency?
