I want to be sure this is right before I build. This box is for me.

Exterior Dimensions 16*16*40

Interior = 4.684 cf

Less .166 (subs)

Less .09 (bracing)

Less .782 (port displacement)

Net box volume = 3.646

Port Information: 3.75 (w) * 14.5 (h) * 18.8125 (L)

The port shall extend 10.75 inches inside the box and each side take a turn for 8.06 more inches.

The box should be tuned to 35 hz.

Is this correct?

I'm getting somewhere around 40Hz for your tuning.

I used that same calc. What should I use for 'enclosure volume'?

If I use 4.429 (total interior less subs and port), I get a length of 19.05 inches. Which, according to your calcs, may result in slightly lower tuning.
