So say u have a pair of 6x9" speakers....., by putting them in a box I kno it helps the bass sound betterhelp but...will it make the sound quality of the vocals(like the words sound better too) jw Thanks in advance

most 6x9's are built to be run IB sealing them would be a bad idea all around..

I have some diamond d391i's... Put them in some xtc foam and there was a NOTICEABLE sound difference! There crossed over pretty high also...

sealing them up will deff give them a better bass response, when i did it it sounded much better too

Ya i put Dynamat inside the xtc foams.

Not all 6x9s are going to sound good in an enclosure. Check with the manufacturer.
