I wish I was 20, and lived with my parents as well. I'd save so much money not having to pay rent...

Take a pair of $1.99 headphones from the Dollar General. Bump the EQ all the way up from 200hz and down...BAM I just got beats by derp sound quality for a $1

He isnt trolling. Quite possibly the worst headphones for the price. I have several sets of headphones that were $50 or less and each and everyone of them is more accurate and better sounding than anything Beats offers.

For $100 you can grab some Shure SRH750DJ's from an authorized Shure dealer and they will stomp all over Beats in accuracy, Bass, SQ, Isolation, etc.

I don't know why everyone keeps coming on here and knocking the SQ of beats. I'm pretty sure we all know that better can be had for less.

To me beats are like kicker. So much better can be had for less, but there are plenty of people that want to buy a name and the "status" that they think goes with it.

I can't even count how many people at work I've tried helped to put a system together and talk them away from kicker and all that crap only for them to ignore me and my system and go out and buy kicker from a shop anyway. There are many idiots in this world.

all my headphones are free. but they always short out. ive got a giant wad, probably 50 or so, that dont work or only play outta one ear. stupid free headphones.

I found that Sol Republic v10 sound way better and are tougher and I like the look of them especially the Deadmau5 edition. One of the Game Stop stores here sells them for $79. Not the best either but tons better than Beats. However none of them do me any good as I don't walk around with headphones on tuning out the world or sit in coffee shops all day listening to indie rock and surfing the net for a "vintage" knitted sweater that smells like moth balls, patchouli and pot.
