I've went through many headphones and beats really aren't that great, I realized that after 3 pairs. Anyways, I live on base and they have studios over here for $150, they are the first generation studios though.

Legit though, I had a pair and they sounded kinda ok but broke within a month. And I treat my belongings well.

They wont have those on sale because they are new, they are trying to move the old ones out of stock. I had a pair of beats executives and they were a let down, I returned them after 1 month of use because the left sides volume went out, wasn't even listening to them loudly or anything. Not to mention the noise cancelling hiss. Its very loud and annoying- anytime you're using the headphones there is a very present hiss. I wouldn't recommend at all but its your $$$

But I do agree with them. Beats are way over hyped and nowhere near the quality they should be in that price range. My $70 Audio Techica buds sounds better than the $200 and $300 over hear Beats. But, there is still a fashion statement to the Beats.

I'm not attesting to the sound quality of them at all. I agree that better sound can be had for less. But as stated they are a bit of a fashion accessory almost now and people will still pay for them. So figured I would just extend the courtesy of helping out

Oh yea! I had some audio technica over ear headphones that were normally $80 but were on sale on base for $20, kicked all the beat's butts as far *** bass goes, maybe even SQ
