not to mention, that you can't install something as petty as a deck

also since you cant do it yourself, you wanna take it to Bestbuy lmao at least get it done at a reputable local shop

Some people visit this site for the rain wrecks they get to read about such as myself,I couldn't install a HU if you had a gun to my head,and since I cant install shit can anybody guestimate how much a reputable shop would charge to install 2 amps a sub and a set of comps and if anybody in san diego wanna do it i pay well

the thing most of the children don't realize is that when i get equipment, i keep it. i don't re-do installs every 3 -5 months cause something "new" is out. ii kept my pioneer deh-p6600 for 2.5 years until i crashed my maxima this past x-mas ( and look how old the p6600 are now!!). the only thing i change around are subs and amps, cause its just a direct swap.

I let circuit city install the ipod integration piece into my G coupe and its been fine. Dont generalize the population of those installers, some were quite good. You have to start somewhere and most shops dont hire no-namers with no experience...

Adio, order whatever unit you were going to get from sonicelectonix.com, they will send you, free of charge, all the necessary components to install the unit (unless you need an onstar module or something, but if you order on the phone they will let you know exactly what you need).

Shoot, you can do all the wiring for a headunit outside of the car, then just plug it in inside the car.

thanks sg5. also what other children don't realize is i haven't had a bb or cc install since 2001. in my mazda protege, i hooked up the stereo myself but i couldn't get the front speakers to work and i didn't have the proper dash kit. in my maxima, i had pat put it in. glad i did, cause something on that dash woulda cracked had i worked on it
