Bazooka BTA10100 Amplifier Issues! Please Help!

I have a Bazooka BTA10100 amplified 10" bass tube. It was brand new when I bought it 2 years ago and I just installed it (it is out of warranty).. I did a clean install by tapping into the high level rear L and R inputs of the JBL amp on my Prius (each one works with test speaker). I also have a constant 12v remote wire for amp turn on. The fused positive wire is going straight to my secondary battery and the ground is straight to the frame.

When I plug the tube in and turn on the radio the green light comes on for the internal amp but I have no sound and no signal from the speaker wires to the woofer. I have a feeling that the amp is bad? I have done ALot of research and have found nothing on troubleshooting this amp nor replacing it. I have the amp removed from the tube and am looking for advice on how to test it and isolate the problem (YouTube video etc.). I have electrician tools (multimeter, soldering iron etc.). I hate to have done all of this wiring for no reason. Anyway, any advise would be appreciated! Has anybody replaced the amp with a non Bazooka class D amp?

Thank you!

Ok, I am not sure where I can find info on this little Bazooka amplifier but I really would like to attempt to fix it. Am I posting in the correct thread? I noticed that there are some heat spots on the circuit board and was not sure if the negative is supposed to look like this? I also do not see any popped caps or diodes. Here is a picture, is this an issue?

So if the amp turns on, and you see those brown spots, I say that's normal...otherwise the amp wouldn't turn on and you would more than likely see worse internal parts such as blown Fets, burn/brown marks on the circuit board, etc.

do you have an 1/8" to rca converter wire? plug that into your phone and connect it to the amp for an alternative audio signal source
