battery help

i bought 2 used viper sp1700 batterys.. im not goin to be using them for a couple of months so i was wondering what i had to do to them for the meanwhile so they wont go bad??

viper? never heard of it but you can get a small maintaining charger

just get a trickle charger. maybe a .5amp-1amp charger and set it on the batteries once a month.
