Battery Dying

Ok I have to explain this a little so bare with me.

My battery died and I didnt know why (I have toggle switches for neons, and fog lights and those were both in the off position so nothing was left on) I jumped the car and let it run for a half hour pulled it in the garage shut it off and about an hour later went to go somewhere and the car was completely dead. So I jumped it again and took it to a shop (Gary Millers). I had them do an electrical test thing where they test the battery and alternator to see if the battery is keeping the charge things like that. They said the battery was really bad it was the original on my 96 plymouth breeze. They replaced it with a new one and did the test again and said that something is drawing power from the battery when the car is off. On the paper they gave me it said it was something to do with the car audio. He wasnt really specific. (Everything I have system wise is down below in my sig.) Now when I went home I I checked the remote wire on the amp its fine then I checked the power also connected good and fine I checked the ground wire, the part that was connected to the amp was a little loose so I tightened it. Also the amp power light is not on when the car is off I made sure of this.

Now my question to anyone is Whats your suggestions? What could be drawing power from the battery when its off? How do I find out? also is there a some kind of tester I can buy that will tell me if power is being drawn from my battery when its off? (I really dont want to have an Gary Miller test it for $59 again)

can you explaind a multimeter to me? what does a multimeter do? and what do I test? the wire or the amp or battery? I need something that can tell me if power is being drawn from my battery when the car is off. Anyone one heard of some kind of tester that can do this?
