the deka is the same batt. as a north star. the deka is one of the best period. i have used the kinetic & it does not compare for spl. now for daily not sure .

why not just get odyssey for less with 2 times the warranty?

I love my deka. Used to have 3 intimidators but switched out 2 for kinetiks. Definitely a whole nother level. Deka is amazing for the price. But comparing batt to batt, they are not the best out there. Maybe at a certain price point yes..

Deka is my fav personally. i also really like the power masters&Hawkers. Not a fan of kinetik at all

I like Optima as a starting battery, as far as audio I've only used the Batcaps in my sig and I love them. I do like Odysseys tho, I've seen 4 PC2150's support 12kw+ rms (4 MM3000.1's) with only a 300amp alt staying above 13 volts... i was very impressed.
