Batt Cap 2000s vs >????

Its a daily build I might use it for bass race but not sure yet I have a powermaster 200amp 19volt alt too with 3 runs of ground and power, the big 3, and a deka under the hood
You need 16v batts then //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif Are you running that high of a charge on 12v batts??

with a 16v alty u can. just need a step down to charge te 12v battery too
So a step-down module charges 16v batts, and 12v batts, meaning it can charge both batts seperately so that your 12v system doesn't fry?

I don't know what they do, and have wondered how people running 16v can do this without getting a seperate alt.

yes. since a 16v alty charges at about 18.5v, the step down will step down the volts at 3.6v. that will be about 14.9 to charge ur 12v battery
