Bass surges

Hello, I'm new here but I have some experience installing car audio. I just installed a Skar 1200 mono block with a Skar 12" woofer and box. Both brand new. I'm getting a loud bass swell every few seconds even when the volume is turned all the way down. It actually gets pretty loud even with the volume off. Any advise?

I have check the wiring and believe its all solid contacts and correct. Its in a 2012 honda accord. I tapped off the right rear speaker into a kicker 46kisloc. I ran the single speaker positive into both right and left positives on the kick LOC and the same for the negative. 4 gauge wiring for everything else.

Check and see if your accord has active noise cancellation. That can cause the problem you have.

Honda does a lot of funky stuff with the signal

It was the Active noise cancelling. Disconnected it. Good to go. Thanks for the advice.
