Hello, I want to get a subwoofer for my SUV Ford Escape, I want something light but good, I listen to many types of music, electronic, dubstep, rap, hiphop, r&b, salsa, reggaeton etc. So I checked out the MTX MB210SP , 2 10'' 200 RMS each subwoofer with mono Amp 250 RMS at 4 ohms 400 RMS at 2 ohms and with enclouser. For $143 it seem a great choice for my budget and what I will get, is this a good brand in terms of quality, durability? Is there something similar that you would recommend for the same price? I originally ran a single 12'' ZEUZ and BOSS amp that I sold, so I already have all the wiring.

this is an entry level set up ,not very good ,but for the money not that bad either .really depends on what you are trying to get from the bass package ,also the car will have a major effect on the output of any package you get .in an suv i may be ok ,but wont produce a whole lot of bass ,also not a very well built set up .you can get better and it will last you longer .

Any recommendation that will not pass price limit or it could be a little more expensive... I just want some bass not something really loud I mean I was comfort with a single 12'' of 150 RMS 2 10'' should sound more....

Just my opinion but the subs are real low end MTX, the box is too small and tuned too high and the amplifier is garbage. But for 143 bucks, including amp, I think you could do worse. If it was me I'd save up a little more, get a better single 10" off Craigslist (or the classifieds here), a custom enclosure, and an Audiopipe amp and I think you'd be around 250 and have something you'd be a lot happier with.

Well I was running a 12' ZEUZ 150w with a BOSS C600 Amp .... comparing it to the MTX which is worse?
