Bass knob question

I remeber reading about someone saying they had a bass knob that alerts them when they are clipping. Where can I find one of these?

I dont know why you would need one...Set your amp and leave it...None of the knobs on the amp are volume knobs.

I think your not understanding what I am asking? Im not really interested in the knob itself, only the indicator light that comes on when it knows the amp is clipping.

I know that. I just want to have a secondary item to protect my investment, thats what Im really looking for.

your being to nervous...if you want to be overly protective...get ahold of an O-scope to check to make sure there is absolutly no clipping, but if you follow the gain setting tutorial, you have nothing to worry about.

Yeah ten four. I think my school has O scopes but I graduated...so hmmmm
