See, the amp doesn't have an actual 2 ohm rating, that's why I said about 600, in actuality it could be closer to 500, regardless of what the amp is capable of though, you should be going for 24.4v or 300w, that's what the pair of comp 12's RMS rating is. Definitely do boy run the comps way above rated, They are not built for it, Kickers ratings are relatively accurate when it come to power handling.

Well when I bought the amp I was on the understanding that it could run 2 ohms.. Yes I said in numerous posts that each sub is getting about 300 rms and I said a combined rms of about 600 rms.. My biggest problem I'm having is trying to get the DMM to read correctly.

So basically I couldn't find my number I was looking for on the DMM because the amp cant even put out that much power in the first place?

So I guess I can just crank the gain full power and don't even have to worry about over powering my subs since the amp cannot put out that much power anyways , right?

NO Do not crank the amp. You can still damage the sub due to clipping.

75x2@4ohm

150x2@2ohm

350x1@4 ohm

If I bridge it at 2 ohms, what should I look for on the DMM?

I just want to listen to bass until I find someone off CL to buy some of this shyt

Those subs will only handle what that amp does u still need to do the math

Can you confirm i'm doing it right, i don't fully 100% understand how the power acts when you bridge and drop the ohms etc.
