Bass Blockers???

ok well i bought some stinger bass blockers for my front and rear speakers, the only problem is there is a wire coming out of boths sides of every blocker ... do i connect each side to a speaker or do i splice the bass blocker into the other two???

They are in normally called capacitors, or caps. Run them in SERIES with the speaker's positive line.

make sure you use butt connectors and crimp those things in too.

You're running your speakers off your head unit?

No reason why you couldn't do it at the head unit.

Just anywhere in series with the speakers. Near the speakers, behind the dash, anywhere in that positive speaker line.

get someone to help you. take a battery, like a cordless drill battery or 9 volt, and hold it on the speaker wire. have the other person look at the speaker with a light. when you touch the wires to the battery if it moves out then in, then whatever wire was touching the + side of the battery is your + wire. if it moves in then out, the you have it backwards. this is also a good way to check your wiring when connecting it to an amp, to make sure everything is in phase.
