I do pay taxes and did vote. 40% of Americans don't pay federal income taxes and your tax dollars are insignificant. The government is run on the tax dollars of companies like GM, not peons like you, but you are entitled to your soapbox since you pay piddly shit in taxes.

I didn't make that comment. I said complain to me when the government controls the means of production. I never said I would complain. The banks are poised to repay their loans, and you'll have to do better than listing companies getting federal loan guarantees.

as i stated earlier, most liberals/progressives are intellectually dishonest. some will actually honestly tell you they're socialist, but most won't, either because they have no clue what socialism even is, or they realize that socialism has failed in the past, and admitting it discredits them.

Hmmm lets spend more! The government has no money and simple printing of money means the dollar is worth less. Barrow money it has to be paid back with interest. G.W. Bush = bad deficit. B.Obama = 4 times worse deficit at the cost of individual freedom. Does the Patriot Act mandate your lightbulbs? No. Did it cost you more for the same thing? Yes. When you are passing bills that offer workers 36 months of unemployment benifits while at the same time increasing their costs of living how is that good? I thought these things were to help create jobs? In their own bill it will destroy 2.5 million jobs a year. It will destroy economies of every coal producing state and makes it more costly to refine our own resources as well as imported. So if it isn't solar or wind power it will cost you more and wind and solar power can't replace what we will lose for many years. You can't replace 60+% of our power needs with another form of energy that is designed to handle at best 20% of the load and take 10-15 years to even do that.

you think Obama is a man of the people, he caters more to the rich, if he cared he wouldve kept the simplest of promises e.g. transparency, he said any bill he voted on would be up on the website.. such BS, the bills are pushed hush hush right to the fat mans pockets

On another note I am not down any real party lines. I didn't like what Teddy Rosevelt did (he was a progressive Republican) I do not like Bush either but the media and Obama try blaming him for everything whichh is absurd. Obama *****es like he does he deserves the blame as well as Bush..after all Obama wanted to be president so for him to act like he didn't know what he was getting into only makes him look worse in my eyes. His spending will cost the country 12 trillion dollars if the economy shoots back up to record levels and cost us nearly 20 trillion if it doesn't and HIS health care reform and Cap and Trade HURT that and will become EXPENSIVE for all. Health care reform is more about servicing illegal aliens than you think as they are a LARGE part of the 46 million not covered. These bills over step the boundries of what our country was based on MUCH like Social Security Medicare and Medicaid...all three of those will end up bankrupting the country and are all DEMOCRATIC social ENTITLEMENTS. Read up on the history of Social Security and don't pay attention to partisan talk about it, rather look what they had to do to LEGALLY pass it and you will understand why it needs fixxed and why saying presidents or parties raid it is also absurd.
