Bang's first Fiberglassing Journey. '94 Civic Hatch

Haha my mids are in the doors right now. They're pretty sealed up. But I can't get rid of rattles. I'm still waiting on my amp to come in. Running a 9855 now. Just to change things up a little. I'm definitely going to make some kicks though. I want to get everything up and running first.

is there a reason for cutting behind the kicks? iv always seen this done but never found out why.
x2.....what's with the holes? edumacate me....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

extra airflow/airspace. Some people half-ass it and just cut behind the kick pods and let the air leak/vent into the carpet, which makes no sense to me.

Thanks. I try to work out here and there. I've also been using a new face-wash

Mr. Bang, when aiming with laser pointers do you have a general reference point on where to point them?

I see you been chopping away. Looks good man. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I basically pointed them about 5" in front of my nose and about 2" down on the driver side window and mirrored it on the other side. That way the speakers on the right will be heard from both left and right ear. It was test. worked out well.

I love, any reason on the sub location?
Not often done. seem interesting to me. Stealth. "where the hell is the bass coming from?!?!?"

Rear deck mounting can get a little tricky. the rear deck will need to be stiffened a lot to accommodate a sub. Knowing how to weld would be nice, but I don't.

Here's a rear deck IB install i've done.: http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=421776

9512 lol If you're in that realm of woofers, there's quite a good selection outside of those 2, but DD is a very good pick IMO.
