First off what sub is it? Secondly bandpass sucks, they sound like shit. Get a vented box.

Oh and chrome ports add about 6db and if you have flames etched on the glass that is another 3db.

i'll keep in mind the crome and the flames, i like the stealth and the skulls better but i got 2 jl w3's but i think i was going to buy two kicker S10d's"solobarics the old ones"

nah im pretty sure hes dead serious, oh and neons add db's too.

It just depends on the color, blue - 2 dbs, red - 1.5 dbs, pink 3 db's

Dont forget chrome sub grilles, they will give you 3 dBs AT LEAST

If built right they can sound good and get loud. Premanf. bandpasses **** and are worthless peices of junk. Considering the world record right now i belive is held by a person that uses a band pass style box...id refrain from calling them shitty.
