I think I would like to do a 4th order bandpass box for my MJ-18

what size would the chambers be? and whats a good tuning for SQL?

If you want SQ in a vehicle, try 4-5 cubes in the rear, sealed with moderate stuffing, firing into 2.5-3 cubes @ 60hz. This should yield a near flat response which can be fine tuned by varying the size of the front chamber and rear chamber. If your car is is pretty big (SUV or van), try making the rear chamber a little larger. If the car is smaller, make the front chamber a little larger.

If you want more output (ie. "SQL") then don't use a 4th order, just throw it in 4.5 cubes @ 30hz.
