headed to the shop to try and get some stuff cut and assembled, im not in a big rush, still waiting on my 360 to come back

worked on this a little bit also, just a quick compartment to hold the plate amp from the other pics until later this summer when i build the new box

didnt have the good staple gun there to assemble it any, and we couldnt get the brace cut because he left his good jigsaw at the house

the brace is gonna hold the ports and have the DC logo on it somehow, should look good

i dont have any time to work on it right now, its at our other shop, im having to work all week because the boss is on vacation

he said he got the brace cut for it, so i need to ride over and see

i was waiting on him to do that, now i can assemble it and get it going

well updating what i can

got in my new 4ch kicker RCA's and also got in the RF book, RF did a buyers guide with some cool stuff in it, we are a dealer and never got it so i emailed them after seeing someone do it on SMD, they got it here fast, like 4 days

now if they would only get my 360 here dammit

should get them ran soon

he finally sent me a picture of the brace going in, still have to cut the holes to hold the ports, need to get it installed and painted when im off either monday or tuesday

little update, worked on it a bit last week, got all the holes cut out for everything, pain in the *** even with having my jasper jig

some updated pics

dont worry about the tabs on the top piece holes, its how we do the jasper jig to jeep it from moving, just leave 2 tabs on opposite sides to keep the center hole from moving and when your done you can break it off and cut away the tabs

and did a new startup screen on my kenwood unit, this is what it shows everytime you turn it on, a little Photoshop work on a DC image and done

also have my plexi piece cut, taking it tomorrow to get it laser etched with 2 DC LOGOs

inside of the box will be done in gray fleckstone paint with DC logo in red

outside hasnt been decided on yet, probably multi colored textured black
