the front piece cutout for plexi and the mounting piece, plexi is at the place now getting done

Like i said, Plexi is is being done now, i had the foam cylinder done to seal one port off, 6 1/4x12", i picked it up the other day, so i just need to hurry up and get done

Also does anyone think i would run into problems mounting a brace close to the port like this, its not really super close, just wanted to make sure before i glued it in place

looks good depending on how mush power i would double up on the face of the subs so it dont flex i had to do that with mine and i hope your using 3/4 or 1in plexi

Power is a t40001

its double baffle, thats the top piece

3/4" plexi, its not a huge piece so i shouldnt have a problem with it flexing

my face is 2 3/4 in counter sinked in the subs this boxs looks really kool i like the idea if your going to neon the box make sure to use led lights tube will break within a few days lol

yea, i didnt do a thick top piece on this one, i think it will work fine with the braces and such

yea i have some red Led's already, a little mini strip piece, i dont want it super bright in the box, just a good red

Bada*s box, plain and simple... Love the DC logo in the middle, also i don't think you'll run into any issues w/ that brace being so close to the port. Since u angled it like u did, can't see any port noise coming out of it.

yea, those pieces have been out for a while with the wall, just cut another piece for that area, 44.75x38.5 and trimmed it to fit

he hand cut it with a jigsaw, i dont have that talent
