Over the last few years i've been horrible with cracking my knuckles. I would do it multiple times a day, not only would i crack my knuckles but the two parts of my fingers as well. I've stopped cold turkey, and i swear to god, i have the biggest craving to crack my knuckles it is unreal. I was expecting it to be easy after a day or two, but i'm on about day 6-7 and I'm getting cravings worse then ever. I want to crack these bad boys right meow.

I only crack my knuckles when I've had my hand in the same shape for a while, like if I'd bee writing a paper. Then I've just gotta crack em.

as soon as i started reading this, i started to crack em, and i just cracked them like 15 minutes ago. i have the same problem, but i dont wanna stop. as long as my hands dont fall off. and my g/f absolutely loves to crack them, i dont know why.

srry wife was *****ing about it last night so it was the first thing that came to mind.. I also cracked my knuckles for a long time, my hands ache like crazy now but I am not sure if it is from that or maybe carpal tunnel from being on the computer all day.
