bad ground feed back

I have a bad ground feed back. Ive moved the ground from the power cap for subbs many times and still have bad feed back. could this problem come from the head unit? it was working fine then one day it started whyning and now ive taken the hole thing appart started fresh and still have the feedback? only thing i havent done is take out head unit.maby i need to run ground all the way to the batt ground?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

its pretty simple. get speaker wire. solder one wire on red rca then the other wire to the white one. then twist the other end together and ground it to the frame of the car. doesnt have to be real short like amp grounds. can be like 2 to 4 feet. ive dont it 3 feet and it fixed it. let us know if this helps
