Bad experience with woofersect.com?

I ordered a sundown sa-12 from them on Monday and they said it shipped out the next day and I got a FedEx tracking info from them and at first it said the estimated arrival day was Thursday, but it's now saturday and FedEx still shows it hasn't even been picked up yet, tried to contact them but yet to her anything back. Has this happened to anyone else who's ordered from woofersect.com? They took the money for sub already.

Yeah I'm not sure who to blame yet, cu woofersect did send me a email saying it was shipped, but it Gould have been here by yesterday. FedEx says it only takes 1-2 days to hip from la, ca to where I live in oregon

Is FedEx customer service open on weekends? The hotline cus I know our FedEx store isn't open weekends

Got there computer services and it just tells me the same thing that it hasn't been picked up

They don't ship on weekends, it probably was probably picked up or dropped off.. The time for the tracking number to show up on a normal business day is like 24-48 hours...

i ordered a dual two ohm cm cast mojo from them about 2 years ago and they sent me a d4. when i emailed them about it they said they had no record of my order. that fucking sucked finding an amp for it.

Ive dealt with them on several occasions over the years..Ive never had any issue with them Thus far..Its close to the xmas holiday,so im sure its a shipping issue.fed Ex is prob backed up do to the holiday season, as all shipping industries are during this time
