bad engine wine NEED HELP!!!

So I just got done installing my new comps and amp. Everything was working fine. Then today on my way home from work I went to move the tweeter and I heard a loud noise through the speakers. This is when the engine or alternator wine started. When I got home I checked the ground and made sure everything was good after that I still had the noise. I then disconnected the rcas and no noise. Could it be bad rcas or something else??? please help!!

could be bad rcas.

also could be running your power too close to your RCAs, creating distortion like that.

Did the noise start right when you were moving the tweeter or after?

It's possible you tweeked something in the amp if you grounded out while the power was on.

I dunno, I always got to say. If it worked before and it isn't now, what did you do to make it stop working. Retrace your steps to find the cause.

It is possible the speaker wire got grounded or cut or maybe it is now to close to some power wire running through your car.

i tried with another amp just to see if its maybe the amp itself and i got the same thing

Get a RCA Noise Filter

I get a horrible hiss and pops if my Sub speaker wire is too close to my mid/high RCA's. You can tell it's not engine wine because it doesn't go along with the rpms.

check your spark plugs no lie they could be arcing causing interference

I also noticed when i shift into reverse, drive, neutral or nething it makes noise to if that helps.

Ground your RCA's. Likely will rid the problem. More of a bandaid than a cure, but it can be effective.

well grounding my rcas worked like a charm, but I dont want to speak to soon haha
