Bad EBAY transaction broken tweeter what to do??

I purchased the infinity reference 6.5" component set off ebay. It finally got to me yesterday and i got around to installing it to find out that one of the tweeters doesn't work. Everything else works great. Is there anything to look for on a tweeter that might be easy to fix?? I don't want to have to send this whole set back. I'm also afraid the seller might not take it back. I emailed him yesterday but no reply yet. What should I do? HELP!

was this from an indavigual or some type of comp? if its a comp look back on ebay and see what they warratny is or if they have one. if its a ind. you may be stuck with it it may have said as is on it. keep emailing them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well it was a company out of canada. Instead of go to all the trouble of shipping it back and getting my money back and having to bid on a new one etc. I went to a certain store bought a new one and then returned it with my broken one and kept the new one. I have to say i'm very pleased. They sound great. I can't imagine how good the kappas of the perfects sound! try checking the wiring on the back of the tweet.....sometimes the tiny wire can get broke....if thats the case(im in that boat right now) jus re solder the wire to the tweet
