here in south buffalo we have a cop who has to pull people for music/neons/exhaust/nice cars. hes a huge *** and nobody likes him at all. but me being the dick iam when he pulls me i either slam on the brakes when hes behind me or ill hit the train horns when hes lookin at my stickers..just keepin him on his toes. its to the point when he had a car pulled he actually stepped into the road and made me pull over while writing someone else.

everytime hes pulled me over the first words outta his mouth besides my name is "i dont like your music" like its his right to tell me what to listen to. basically hes an *** and nobody has any respect for him and he gives all the good cops a bad name. i just wish hed do his job and yank people for more severe infractions and let us alone

I'll make sure the cops know you think this way next time your being robbed or held up at knife/gun point.

Let em know, chances are there will be a shootout of some kind. only thing I might need is an ambulance.......for the person attempting to rob me.

You will always fine A-Hole cops, but what annoys me most is the thought process of the entire organization. To serve and protect...right! I mean sure if there is a murder or armed robbery I appreciate what they do but pulling people over for BS things just to give them tickets which creates revenue for the towns, that what its really all about....MONEY!!! They don't truly care about "making the streets safer" they just care about giving tickets to make money, why do you think they have quota's on the number of tickets they need to give out, its not like we don't pay enough in the form of taxes, they need to screw us even harder on the road. Anyone ever had their stereo $hit stolen?? How was it to even try and get a cop down to take a police report and then they don't even do anything about it, they won't waste their time on crimes against property, there is nothing in it for them. I heard of a guy who had his stereo equipment stolen and the thief dropped his cell phone in the guys car, how easy would it have been to track that guy down...and the cops did nothing.

1st cop experience:

stop sign at the bottom of a hill, i hadnt been driving for very long and i went past the white line before the stop sign by like 2 feet. 167 dollar ticket.

second time:

i was with my freind smoking hookah and a cop drove up and searched us, which was understandable, but then he started being a dick and said that hed rather us be smoking weed so he could throw our ***** in jail.

third time:

i was sitting in my neighborhood near a stop sign in my truck and two cops haul *** up to me, get me out of my truck started yelling at me and through me up against it and searched my truck.

fourth time:

me and my freind were headed up to austin college to go party and his car broke down, well we saw some cops down the road a ways so we got out and walked down to them to get help and they saw us drew their guns and started yelling at us to get on the ground bla bla bla then we told them what had happened and asked if we could get help and they told us no they cant and that we just need to go back to our car and sit there, they were complete dickheads during this...

fifth time:

i was with my freind driving threw his neighborhood doing like 5 over and this cop pulls out behind us, pulls us over but is a good 40 yards behind us and pulls his gun out of his hollster and yells at my friend to come here then he gets both our DL's and runs them...then he gave them back got in his car threw it in reverse white smoked the tires doing like 40-45 in reverse for a good 75 yards, then he throws it in drive and white smokes them again and hauls off down some other street.

6th time:

i was with my freind he was smoking a cig and had his arm around his gf and was kissing her, we were at a gas station, well some lady saw this (through my windows which are pretty fuggin dark and this was at like midnight) and thought he was choking her well a cop rolls up then starts asking my friend what he was doing bla bla bla then pulls me out of my truck, im in shorts and its like 25 outside...i get out and i say "this is ****ing bullshit" then he asks what we were doing there so i told him "what the **** does it look like were doing? were getting gas." he didnt really say anything else to me and he let us go...

im white, and i fvcking hate cops.

and all of that occurred with the same friend but neither of us have been in trouble with the law...this doesnt include the numerous times we have been pulled over for other bullshit...

I.E. we were listening to music and my friend was bobbing his head up and down being kind of dumb and we passed a cop on the other side of the road going the opposite direction, there was a median, and its 4 lanes...well next thing we know we got pulled over for his "taillights being to dark and not being reflective", which they have passed inspection numerous times, and you can clearly see them reflect light....

Story 1: Me and 2 friends (all f'ed outta are minds), were pulled after we left gas station for loitering. While being searched, we heard gunshots not 40 yards to the right of us. Heaven forbid the cops go investigate those gunshots.

Anyways they proceded to search us and stuff, found rolling papers in my car and claimed there illegal. Then searched my car with 2-3 other cops for over an hour to find a stem thats about the height of my pinky nail, and claiming he's gonna throw my *** in jail. They let us off.

Story 2: Me and 2 friends (different ones, but still high at the time), were pulled over for "following too closely for conditions". There was a light drizzle earlier that day and the roads had dried up, and i believe i was actually under the speed limit, and i will admit i was high at the time, but i don't even remember a car around me.

He said we were following too closely, and got pissed the hell off, and when i mean pissed, i mean he was about to crap a brick when i told him he couldn't search my car. Even though there was nothing in it. He was claiming he was gonna get a drug dog out there and he was gonna search my car and tear up my leather and that they would not be responsible for any damage, etc.

Finally i told him whatever go ahead and search my car, and he claims he found some "shavings", but let us off.

Story 3: Driving home from work one night, i had someone side swipe me. Well after i came to a stop a person pulled up behind me with there hazards on, and i will admit i did get out the car in a fit of rage. Well the person took off, and i followed him to his house and stuff and called the cops. Cops show up at the nearest gas station, and claim they see no damage to his car.

BTW his car had black plastic bumpers on the front, so cops claim they saw no damage and there was nothing they could do. Cop said he could write a accident report for my side only, then he tells me "now you know filing a false report is a serious charge and you will goto jail, is there anything in your story you would like to change". I also had to tell him my story about 4-5 different times, cause he was waiting on me to change a detail.

Cop was a complete *** to me the entire time, and acted like i was a POS.

There are only 2 cops i have respect for, and there my neighbors. One is a undercover cop i guess, but i smoke up in my back yard all the time, and out front my house, and im sure he's smelled it before, and he's never said anything to me, and the other cop i have been friends with his son for like 7+ years, and he's helped me do all kinds of stuff when i needed help, and is a great guy.

I'm a white male btw. The crap i deal with with cops, i really do feel bad for black people/hispanics/etc.

This day in age it's not about serve and protect, it's about power and money. Sorry for the rant.

Inspired by Techchild's "good cop stories" thread. List your horrible pulled over or general cop experiences.
2 weeks ago. Went to White Plains to hit up some bars after the 1:30 last call in CT bars. Park on a side road and the 4 of us start walking, 2 people buzzed, 2 people wasted. 2 stop to piss on a tall wall on the side of the side walk which is a parking garage wall. We yell out to stop when we see a cop car go by. Cop didn't see them.

One of them goes back to pissing and an unmarked car pulls up and 2 undercovers get out! They frisk the two. 1 is a dick but is about to let us go but his partner starts starting shit with the pisser! Says he's lying and not cooperating. (which we later find out he was totally cooperating) He throws him in cuffs and brings him over to us saying this is what happens when you lie and don't cooperate. Then takes him to jail.

The remaining 3 of us walk away to sober up for a few minutes and let the cops leave. We find the station and bail him out with $100. He has to go to court for a Indecent Exposure charge but he should be fine. That undercover was such a dick though, his partner was about to let us go.

Because you know everything that all cops do, right? And if you get pulled over for speeding or whatever, he is protecting and serving. He is protecting other people from you.

You are lucky he didn't arrest you for driving under the influence. I'd say he let you off easy.

To Mattf, AFAIK, as long as you don't have in possession of you, they can't do anything. Again im not saying that's the law or anything. But that is what i have been told by people. As they don't have a "breathalizer" typea thing for weed.

I know they have something where they can check it in your blood, but that hasn't been widely used yet.

Also my gf says the same thing to me. You must just attract them lol.

BTW that night i was pulled over and searched for over an hour, i learned a lesson. DO NOT LIE TO THE COPS. Just tell them you smoke tree, if they smell it. They can't do anything if they know you smoke it but they will get pissed if they smell if and you don't fess up.

Just easiest to tell them you do smoke, and that you smoked like 2 days ago.

Also that night one of the cops was mad cool. He searched my one friend who had like 8 lil debbie wrappers in his pocket and the cool cop was like "**** bro you musta had the munchies."

Also had another incident where i had left a half gallon bottle of vodka in my rental car unopened. I was drinking crown and needed cigs. So i let my friend drive. He was speeding like a dumb ***, and we got pulled and both of us got wrote tickets, and even though i wasn't driving, i went to court and he blamed it all on me saying it was mine, when we both coulda gotten out of it. Now i must goto alcohol classes or lose my lisense for like 90 days. Even though i was responsible to not drink and drive and let my friend drive, and the bottle was closed, seal unbroken, and i was the passenger in the car. I still got into all the trouble for it.

What a great justice system we have here.
