Backup Camera warnings

Hi,

I am planning to have the Pioneer AVIC-Z140BH installed in an '07 Escalade integrating the stock backup camera. Does anyone know if the warning sounds and symbols will remain after the installation? Will they disappear altogether or does the Pioneer unit have it's own warnings?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It only works when the car is in reverse. Also, some units have trigger options in the settings menu.

Pioneer PT546-00121 w/ backup camera.
How positive are you that the reverse camera power supply was spliced in with a reverse light wire? If you used one of those blue wire splicers...

I have a nissan and i put mine on a switch that has my aftermarket reverse lights.worse case scenerio,u can do that.i just have to flip the toggle...
