Well what if that other guy told them it was you, when in fact it was him? Youre saying its ok to take shit for something you didnt do and someone lied about? Well you can go ahead and go to jail for a crime you didnt commit.

I agree with Jack, I wouldn't put my job on the line in order to keep some idiot from getting caught, especially if he is stealing stuff for a personal profit.

If you stick up for them every time they will not see anything wrong with their actions; plus they will eventually get caught.

BULLSHIT! It does me no good to live life by the rules and watch those that don't get away with it because I didn't say anything. In fact it hurts me in the way of higher insurance premiums, higher prices of merchandise, etc. People who live by the "Don't snitch" rules are criminals and thats why it's their motto.

nobody likes an snitch. Let's say that I am stealing food stamps to so my kids can eat. Now u snitched on me, and now i am in jail, with no bail money, and my kids have to go to a foster home. Because you where mad at the fact that I had free foodstamps.

I don't care if the whole world hates me. If you have to steal stamps to support your kids, then maybe they'd be better off elsewhere.
