Back speakers

My back speakers are excurting like no other. they arent even hooked up! they are just sitting there. i tightened them as tight as possible. they move just as much as my subs. now i dont want to get nice speakers for hte back in fear or that happenin to them and ruinin them. will this ruin the speakers. it cant be good

any suggestions on how to fix it?

port the rear deck or make boxes for the rear speakers
