Back or front?

Front. If you can food them a good clean 2x120-150w rms, then they should perform on a level that would negate the need for rears.

But, that is merely preference. Run fronts only for a good while (at least a few weeks) to get acclimated to such a setup. If you want some rear fill, then slap in a decent set of coaxials.
