The ts and tfe are optimized at 14.4 volts. But still strong. I'd go ampere or b2 myselfPretty easy choice. Depends on where you charge. The b2 is optimized for 12v setups. The ns1 does better on higher voltage.
I too would take an ampere or Ts 8.5k
The tfe 8.0 is actually a b2 m1u proto type from 5 years ago. That was scrapped by b2 But yes the m1u tfe 8.0 and ts 8.5 are pretty much the same amp to a pointWell 14.4 is a 12v system. 14.4 is where a 12v system charges at. The b2 is the one best optmized for low voltage, however. Talking like sub 12v. I know for sure that the tfe, and likely the ts, is still stronger at 12v than the b2. But it really isnt a fair comparison as its actually spec'd as an 11.5k board from xenon.
I'm a huge fan of amps that make voltage low. Love DD amps for that reason. But the tfe and ts are a different class of amp.. But the m1u, now you are talking
Why ? I run a pair of shd 18s on a m1sr at .7 for dailyI hear what you guys are saying about the ampere and twisted but I am going to be running two zv4 or zv5 18" s so I think those and the m1u would be to much for a daily set up. I will be using a 9 cube enclosure at 35hrz.
It would be to. With the subs you want. Mine hammers on the shd subs with ease but they do want moreThat's what I am saying is I think the b2 m1s would be perfect !
ill just leave this here View attachment 26554404If you don't need the headroom, the m1s is a good option, especially because of its low voltage capability
