I guess they werent making enough money with loudspeakers!

THis is a clip from an email that I received today. I find it quite interesting and since I am looking for a seperate audio solution, I am tempted to try one just for the heck of it. They aint cheap tho!

$3,800 for a company which is barely starting in the market for amps seems high unless its a very big performer. and then what sucks is the most people dont have way way stronger center channels so while watching a movie where most of the sound comes from the center is gonna be very stressed.

so pretty much the dialog is gonna be loud and the l/r and surrounds in an action scene are all gonna be weak when their all ran together. well 200 watts isnt weak but when compared to 700 watts it is. a very bad way to distribute power imo.

**edit i always thought amps that worked like that where considered cheaper and lower quality then others that dont?**
