Thats because he's in BC. He pays 13.5% for taxes not the 6% us albertans pay. It also depends on how much the stuff is insured for and so on.

I have been through deals that have gone bad on numerous occasions, I know how much it ***** and I found I way to recieve my product or my money back quickly.
