AVN7000 vs. IVA-D310

I'm looking to upgrade my headunit, and I was wanting some opinions from you all. Whatcha think? HDD worth the extra money? Anyone got experience with these units? I really like the ipod interface on the Alpine and was wondering if anyone knew if the Eclipse works like that. Thanks in advance.

The HDD is nice you don't need disc's for the maps cause its all on a hard drive.I would say the alpine is a little better(imo) because they have a higher pixel ratio.But they are both a good choice.

If you want ipod control, then the avn7000 will not offer you what you want. It was not made for ipod control, but it does everything else spectacular.
