Autotek mm100.4 problems

I just bought a MM100.4 to....Channel 2 doesnt even work and channel 3 goes in and out....I have to press down on it for it to come back on....

its the amp i cracked to top off... the little piece that hooks up to the rca's..if i move it either up or down there is a spot where it makes everything pop...if i have the piece above or below the place where it pops its fine...if that makes sense.

what? i did not break anything..there was a loose connection...its being fixed again..
