This would be the 3rd times its been acting up..

speakers and tweeters pop...

when i jiggle the rcas they pop, when i hit the top of the amp they pop, when the sub is on and bass hits they pop, if i hit a bump they pop.

now if im sitting still with sub off they are fine.

any ideas why this keeps happening?

Loose connection somewhere. Give more info. Are you using passive crossovers? What RCA's are you using? I hope you didn't jam the RCA's into the jack, you will bust the jack right off the board on that Autotek.

Have you checked your RCA preouts on the headunit? They could be bad.

running optical to the h701 in the rear
I have no idea what that is. I'm not familiar with the alpines. Look if you got something cutting in and out and popping, you have a loose connection somewhere. Check your connections to the speakers, ohm them out at the actual speaker, not through the wire.

to be honest im tired of ****ing with it...ill check minor thing like connections in the amp if i can find anything ill just buy a BNIB sundown or some shit
Well if you can't identify where the problem is, then how can you solve it? You need to check your speaker connections, I doubt its the amp.

its the amp i cracked to top off... the little piece that hooks up to the rca's..if i move it either up or down there is a spot where it makes everything pop...if i have the piece above or below the place where it pops its fine...if that makes sense.

No it didn't make any sense what so ever.
