I've heard praises and some serious beat downs about these amps. However, almost everyone agrees that the old models are good.
Anyways, I'm kind of intrigued with this amp in particular: M3200.2
Autotek M3200.2 1600W Max Mean Machine Series 2-Channel Amplifier
On the site it shows "Bridged, 4 ohms: 1600 watts x 1 chan." but the fuse is only rated at 60 amps
Even if it's 100% efficient, then that means (60*14.4) = 864 watts of power. If you consider the inefficiency, then that means that it makes less than half the rated power.
Basically, I want to see proof. If anyone runs these amps and loves them, why? And does anyone have any clamp results?
