Is the autotek SM1-1500 an amp that will do rated power or not?

my friend had two of those amps one on each of his kicker 10l7 it was very loud. don't know about power output but it was very loud

Did some research. That specific model is garbage. It does 1200@1 not the 1500@1 it claims.

even at 1200 watts for the price it's a nice amp. all i know is it pushed them 10s real nice.
