Pro E is really good

Pro-E has pretty much been overtaken by SolidWorks as the premier 3D CAD program. AutoCAD is good for 2D or if you like doing 3D with a coordinate system. After first being introduced to SolidWorks over the summer, I never use AutoCAD anymore unless I absolutely have to. It is just so much faster and easier to modify with SW.

Yeah I'm still in high school. The program we are getting is something Micro, not sure the whole name. The only thing we have really drawn in 3D is building layouts and such, and now he has the idea to draw a 3D object without teaching anything in 3D before. Just going by what we can try and figure out on our own for the project.

Yeah I figured the program would be better if we had a teacher that didnt **** and the thing didnt freeze up about every two seconds. The thing is the teacher has made me hate all things involved it that class. So yeah sorry for automatically assuming it sucks.

I found my drawing files. No digital movie or picture or model but drawing files work. I didn't take a picture of all the parts. I also forgot to print out the drawing file for the 11Kv.2 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif I could do better now since that was almost 2 years ago but yeah. It was cool.

i took a ProE class in high school.

we made a vice assembly that you could actually grab the handle and spin it, and the vice would close.

i also did a "micromag" (paintball gun) body that was really intricate, and took me about a month.

i thought it was still on my computer somewhere, but i must have lost it.

We now just started RoboCELL. Annoying but okay program. So we have Inventor 10, RoboCELL, CNCBase, EdgeCAM, Revit 9, Westpoint Bridge Design..
