Auto-shading Window Tint?

considering that a pair of 2in round lenses cost over $200, i'm sure the price to do something like this is higher than giraffe pu$$y.
you have to look at the price of a regular lens vs a transition lens, and it does not add $200 to the price if you get transition lenses. You have to figure that part of that $200 is going towards the correctiveness of the lens itself. That is what costs the most amount of money, if you were to install corrective lenses as windows, yes it would be expensive like giraffe *****, but just adding transition stuff to a window probably wouldn't be that expensive.

 
I remember this at the Detroit auto show in the late 80's. It was a Lincoln or caddy I believe. I've wondered for years if it would ever come to market. It must be hella expensive.
