auto off panasonic

I've got a panasonic cq5310u head unit, without a manual

i had to disconnect it the other day, and obviously it reset itself.

problem is, now every 10 minutes exactly it turns itself off.

turn it back on and it does the same.

do any of you maybe know how to get to the setup settings on the head unit.

is there any kind of timer on the head unit?

help pls, i dont want to hit my dash any more!
