And yes it was after you contacted me quite a bit later that i realized there was an error in the usps form which was our fault that sent your tweets to the wrong customer. And yes, how would I notice a mistake like this with hundreds of other orders going out a week? Sheesh, simple mistake. I planned to ship a new set right out but my girl was in a pretty serious car accident which I wrote you about AND you received via auto responce every nasty email you sent so you knew my situation. I was doing nothing but going to doctors appointments etc. I am sorry but no matter what, my family is more important than you ranting and raving freaking out and trying to turn me into the fbi secret service whatever, and all the other crap you said over an $18 set of tweets. Family is always priority to anyone which is why I really did ignore your nasty emails and not talk to you at all. I am a good seller period and have so many references it is insane. I am really sorry that the sale went the way it did but things happen.
As any good business man would do, even though your freaking out non stop, I offer you a refund on your shipping charges for the mistake and delay or you can send them back for a full refund + a refund on shipping charges to me. I totally apologise for the mistake that was made and things became out of my control. The fact remains that I did ship your tweets within 2 business days of payment, just sorry that the pdf file mistake was made and they went to the wrong place. But I will not apologise for me taking time for my family and making them #1 priority.
