Audison or DLS Amp - Which One?

I need a three channel amp to power my front end (Hertz HSK 163 - 3 way system) and one IDQ12 DVC sub.

Looking at the Audison SRx3 and the DLS A5.

Audison would give 95w to the front with 350w to the sub (in 2 ohm)

The DLS would give 100w to the front and 500w to the sub.

Any big difference between the two amps?

Looking for advise......

the 150 watts on the sub at the power level you are talking about you would start to hear/feel the difference. Huge diff? Doubtful but worth it depending on price sure.

Wondering if there is any quality between the two amps.

Also If I go with a Hybrid 2 way (6.5 and tweeter combo) the Audison will only put ot 65w and the DLS 85w.

Should I go with the Audison or the DLS?

The DLS is about $100 more than the Audison.

If you go with the Hybrid I would suggest the DLS. Very good quality and more power to the comps.

I've heard both Hertz and Hybrid and prefer the HAT's. More detail and midbass.

WOW I was in the market for a good SQ amp to power four component door speakers and a sub for a reasonable price. The two I liked the looks of so far were the JL HD900/5 or the Audison LRx 5.1k. This DLS A5 doesn't provide quite as much power to the woofer, but it is a lot less expensive. Think that'll be enough to power a JL 10W6v2 in a sealed box? My car is a 2003 VW GTI.

Opps I realized the A5 is a three channel amp. How about the DLS RA50?

The RA50 is a good 5 channel. Why not run 2 ohm?
