audison lrx 4.1k or hertz hp4

Does anyone know about either the audison lrx 4.1k or hertz hp4 4 channel amplifiers. I want to purchase 1 of these two models. If anyone has heard both, please let me know which one is the better amp. Also if anyone on here sells them hit me up with a price. I know that hertz wont allow online sales but i'm willing to pick up in the northeast areas. willing to do georgia to the new england states.
