lw i think is more comparable to the 2500, and custel where can i get a 9515 for under 400shipped

idk 9515, joe(typerbass) got his 9512's for 350ea, thats what i was going to pay for mine but i decided not to get em, from a local shop that carried dd...

kinda hard to believe he got a 9515 for only 350, i was talkin to a guy that said he can get the dd 3512 and it was like 419

Being the owner of Audioque I can state that the AQ's are not the same design as the DD. They are designed by my son ,Jassa Langford, the chief designer and one of the owners of Digital Designs.

We do use a common basket on the HD models. We also use laminated lead wires, direct connection and the EROM surround because we believe it works the best.

We don't use the same spider compound or the same motor design. The top and bottom plates are of a different shape and thickness and the pole pieces are different. We machine our own motors and use no "off the shelf parts".

We build each sub by hand and use no "preassembled" parts. We do use Chinese magnet slugs and cast baskets because they are not available in the U.S.. All the other parts are made in the U.S..

We stock no inventory of subs. We build each sub as the orders are placed.

We assemble our subs in our family owned buildhouse.

Those 10s look great for my street a setup...I was thinking solo-x, but these have just been put on the short list.
